Plans are well underway for the 2014 Greene County Fair, slated for July 8-14.
The county fair provides a showcase for Greene County 4-H member and exhibitors of all ages, a variety of barbecues, and three nights of grandstand entertainment.
Gunnar and the Grizzly Boys is the feature act in the grandstand Friday, July 11. The six members of the group are all Michiganians, primarily from the Grand Rapids area. They play covers and original American country music. The show begins at 8 pm and will be followed by fireworks.
A tractor pull is slated for the grandstand Saturday at 7 pm, and the Grand River Rodeo takes over Sunday at 7 pm.
